@Zachary LaJoye thanks for the info. I’m in a similar situation where I would have limited access to the back yard with a truck. I might have to just wheel barrel it back and get a little workout in :)

Appreciate the input!

@Anton Ivanov excellant work! I love how you stick hard and fast to your numbers. Well done and thanks for the share.

Hey @Dutch Langley, great idea. Do you think that would be more economical than pavers?

I was wondering if anyone has built patio's for their rentals? If I were a tenant, I think that would be something I would enjoy. From a landlord perspective, I would obviously want it to be maintenance free and cost effective.

A paver patio instantly came to my mind, but I'm not sold.

Any ideas out there? Previous experiences?

@Brandon Ness congrats man! I might be able to give you a few suggestions. Dm me.

@Maurice Smith Thankfully I do not. But I also see a lot of people finding off market deals in California if they get creative. It may be difficult - not impossible.

That being said - I suppose there is legitimacy in being first time REI out of state. It may be a steeper learning curve, but definitely scalable if local deals are hard to come by. More power to ya.
