She says she owns the property but not the lot. She said everyone that calls her about the property hangs up on her when she says she doesn't own the lot. Says she wants to move to Canada to be with her kids.

Manufactured for sale $45,000 Zestimate of $152,046, I'm not sure who owns the lot would have to call back and get that info.

Owner says she doent own the lot..She says everyone hangs up on her when she tells them that. How would you move forward? Is there not a deal?
