Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $285,000

I helped my clients find this home as their first investment property in Baltimore County. There was not much work to do in the home, but the homeowners needed to sell fast. We bought and sold the home and my investors made over $100k in profits. We sold the home for more than the listed price. Almost all my deals have sold for at least listed price.
