Why? It seems for me with poor credit. No capital it's the only way to get seed money to buy rentals. I even started a llc

I have a new LLC. My personal credit is "poor". So I was advised to start a company to seperate my personal credit. from my business credit. is this the best way? how do I get business funding to acquire property????

I'm new to WHOLESALING. I've created a LLC. I have a EIN and my DNB. what I don't have is leads. I've started a mailing campaign and I'm hanging BANDIT Signs. My ultimate goals is too buy and hold rentals. can anyone assist with some guidance???
