@James Short Is it in your contract the tenants are to be gone before the contract is finalized or anything? What are you doing to get capital? Have you looked into utilizing provatr lenders for your projects? Do you plan to do the reno yourself?

@James Short Congrats brother! Is it already occupied? Or do does it need any reno or anything? Are you planing on getting another right after or investing in something else? If so I'd say you need to keep searching for more leads and potential properties to invest in

@Shera Linares Journaling is great and I think doing it even or morning is great, that way you don't feel negatively about missing it that morning. And we are all in a constant trail and error phase and that's OK. I feel if you aren't failing at something then you have become stagnant in want you are doing. Once you get a process down you should move on to the next step/level or project. Forever expanding your knowledge and portfolio. Even if it's a new hobby. Are you doing the reno yourself? Is it possible to hire everything out on the reno that way you can focus on the other aspects of your business? How are you finding your leads or projects out of state? Is it something you could set up to be automated where the leads come to you? Or you can have other people bring you deals?

@Patrick Hancock Have you looked into ways to automate your lead Generation? Like maybe a website with some solid SEO or a facebook page with some ads?

@Caleb Brown one thing you could do to try to improve is give yourself a little more time to do each thing. Like is you are on a 15 min time block move to a 30 minute, or if it's an hour then do 1.5hr. Or you could allocate time at the beginning and end of each day. Something happened and you missed you more inf routine well just add some of it to your evening routine and just cut it in half. Or something I like to do is have alternates for everything. If I don't workout I have to clean stuff, do laundry, organize the closet or something of the sort. That way I still felt productive but I gave my body a little bit of a rest at the same time. My wife wants me to miss all my workouts now lol

@Bryant Brislin If you 100% know you are missing leads and in turn missing deals which transfers to missing out on money. How many deals do you think you are missing out on, on average and how many deals would it take to make up that 5k plus profits? Maybe you could fire a temp to hire position for a month or two and see how well they do and see what numbers you could be missing. It may be the very thing that brings your business to the next level.

@Caleb Brown 100% see that alot. How are you letting those missed actions effect your day to day? If you miss a prayer session or sleep in late or miss a workout etc are you letting that dictate the rest or your day? Do you feel the day will not be good now that you didn't do some of the stuff you set to be done? How do you let these things effect you?

@Bryant Brislin 100% I'm sure thats a problem most of us can relate to. That are some things you think you and your team could do to improve and how do you plan on implementing that?
