@Cody L. - I appreciate the advice. Like alot of things in life it easy to make excuses why you shouldn't do something or should wait to start something until later (investing, dieting, exercising).  What sets successful people apart is the ability to not make or not listen to those excuses. Sounds like you are one of those successful people! Would love to hear more about your story and how you got started.

My name is Brady Gunn and I currently live and work in Houston, Texas. I am very interested in real estate and hope to make my first investment in the next couple of years. Before taking this step I want to make connections in the Houston real estate market and find like minded individuals can share experiences and lead me in the right direction.
