Just wandering if there is anyone is OKC that is willing to help?
Looking for my first deal to flip a house. I have a lot of experience in the construction fields, I was a tile setter for 2 yrs and have exp. with sheetrock and painting. I'm looking do to most of the work myself to try and save on costs. If anyone can help me out and point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Thanks. [/b]

I'm new to investing, not sure on ways to finance houses for sole purpose of flipping for profit. I know with conventional financing you must occupy property for a minimum length of time. I don't have enough start up money to purchase outright. I have 15k to start. Any suggestions.
