Are you able to get umbrella insurance on top of only the rental property? The insurance providers I’ve reached out to require me to bring everything (auto, primary and rental) under the same insurance company to get an umbrella policy. I keep my primary and auto separated at different insurance companies to get the best rates. Their so-called bundle rate isn’t that great. Any help is greatly appreciated!
