I've recently been having some issues with my current property management in the Atlanta area.  Was wondering if anyone has a recommendation. What I'm looking for is a one person show (preferably a broker) that takes on a small inventory of homes.  These would be a well kept single family home.   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
