Henry,

I am not tied to either method as long as the numbers make sense.  I will be living on the property, but trying to see what resources their are for doing market research on RV Parks.

I have 10 acres of raw land that I purchased to put a house on that already has a well, power and septic available.  I am looking to see if it would be a good investment to make part of the property a RV park by trying to find a resource to see the demand in the area.  If there isn't one website or source, what is another method other than looking at the competitors?

I just looked into Arti Academics and it seems pretty legit.  The state recognizes it as a school to get your license from and it is in deed free.  I started taking the courses today.

Quote from @Scott Trench:

If you are looking for real estate agents, in addition to connecting with a few people on this thread, I encourage you to check out our "Agent Finder" (Just click on "Find an Agent") at the top of your screen. Always good to interview several agents to make sure you find a good fit!

Scott,

thank you for taking the time to respond to my message. I have already used the Agent Finder portion of Bigger Pockets when I moved here. I am currently house hacking the house we live in and have learned a ton from this network and podcasts. I was attending the local REI group before I moved.

Quote from @Carl Davis:

Hey Brad!

I'm currently active duty military as well stationed at Hill and I am looking to do this exact thing in the beginning of next year.

Although I'll be staying in Utah we can get in touch and brainstorm together. The dod website is a good resource as well.

@Carl Davis I will hit you up on email later tonight. I look forward to meeting up sometime and discussing how you manage being a realator while still active duty.

I am currently in the Air Force and am looking to retire within the next year and a half. I am looking to make some connections in the Panama City, Tallahassee area to do an internship with once I get towards the end of my enlistment. I currently live in Utah, but will be moving to the panhandle once I retire to start my real estate career. If you or anyone you know is willing to help please let me know.

I have 10 acres of land in the panhandle of Florida I bought to put a house on when I retire. There is currently an unlivable mobile home, uninspected septic tank, and a well that would need work to get operational.

I am looking for ideas on how to have this land make money until I am ready to build on it.

Caroline,

Thank you for the information.  I have already started looking at their websites to gather information.  It was exactly what I was looking for.  I asked about an audio book as it is easier to consume the information because I listen to most of the things I learn while I drive to and from work.

Does anyone have a good book I can find on Audible on lending?  I keep hearing about different types of loans people get and looking for something that explains the most types of loans. Thanks in advance
