@Aaron K.

I 100% agree after reading your comments and thanks for replying.

Want to know what strategies, incentives, & ideas landlords are doing to get their tenants to pay rent during this no eviction time. I’m hearing things like a rent break of $25-$50 off during the first 5 days it’s due etc... Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

@Chris Mason

Thank you

Hello! Trying to figure out the refi part of BRRRR. If I buy a property for $260k(put 25% down which is $65k and have a loan now for $195k), rehab the property for 30k(total in for $290k) and it appraises for $300k, now I can take 80% out and get $240k for me and my new loan is for $240k? Is this correct? If not, how does the refi part work to get at least my money back and possibly more? I keep hearing different things so please help.

Thanks

I want to attend an event that I saw on the BiggerPockets website and found one that interests me. I haven’t been to one and noticed that this particular one charges a $15.00 fee. It’s not that it’s to much and I won’t pay it, but noticed that lots of events on the site don’t charge. Does this raise any flags to anyone that there is a charge?
