@Account Closed thank you for your quick reply!  Have you used the yellow postcards or letters for your marketing? From my understanding you can upload your list to vista print and they will ship them out correct? Thanks Stephen!

Has anyone used vistaprint.com for their marketing?  It's a quarter of the price for the exact same marketing!  Thanks for your time!

That is hilarious but soooo true!  I work in the city and see this on the daily, unless they have rent control.

Good evening Folks!

I just bought a list from listsource.com!

Here was my criteria:  Age of owner(s) 45- 65+, equity 60-100%, Loan origination date 1900-2006, Year built 1990 to present (I heard this in a podcast and went with it).  On the part that asks if you would like to "include absentee owners," I clicked no preference.  I was expecting to see more absentee owners but most are not.  Anyway, in your opinion is this a good list?  If not are there any changes you would make? What's working for you? I live in the SF bay area so the prices as you know are higher than other parts of the country but I have faith that I will find a deal in this mailing. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Hello fellow BP'ers!

Does anyone know of an investor friendly escrow company in the San Francisco area?

I'm currently sending out direct mail and looking for advice on any referrals you might have or people that you have worked with.

Thanks so much for your time!

Hi @Michael Sarkissian I'm also from the bay area and wanted to welcome you to BP!  I went to a meetup recently and I definitely recommend connecting on here and the local meetups in the city.  If I can help you out in any way please let me know.

Truly motivational guys/gals!

My goals are...first to send out direct mail and close on my first deal by the end of October.  Next I plan to repeat the process over and over again until I can quite my full time job and work from home. My wife and I are also planning to buy our first home within the next 1-2 years.  My long term goal is to own 100 rental properties that cash flow and be able to travel the world, see family and friends whenever we want to, and to help as many people as I can and to give back to those in need. I love thinking about this and how it puts everything into perspective.  Cheers!
