from what I have learned so far it is possible but it will take a lot of money for marketing and a lot of phone calls to answer.

not sure about wholesale but you can do it with buy and hold and possibly a fix and flip

I think answering the phone when the seller calls will get you the best results because there calling you on their time when they are ready to talk. Having a voice mail set up with the right questions though will save you a lot of time and that's what you need if you have a full time job

Does any one have info on the SAFE act or have a good web site to visit. I have Ben looking at some sites and it's a bit confusing who has to be licensed. Has this affected any one in the way they do deals
