@Brad Beam @Don Daniels, I totally misunderstood your question. Sorry! First, you must set the question up as a multiple choice question. Once you have prepped the possible answers, where it says "Continue to the next question" change it so that it goes to a section where you "kick" (for lack of better terms) the applicant out.

It's sort of like an "if this, then that" type of thing. I.E. IF the tenant says s/he smokes, THEN the form will kick them to the section that says we don't rent to smokers. So, one of your answers should let them continue onto the next section. The other answer should kick them to a a section that informs them they shouldn't waste their time :) I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Felipe, This is awesome! How did you do the "Thank you for your interest. At this time we are not renting to Applicants with prior evictions." section? Guessing you've done something custom. It doesn't seem that Google Forms has an option like this

 Once the tenant views the apartment and applied, I do a standard background, credit and eviction check. Also check the state judicial website.
