@Brad Beam @Don Daniels, I totally misunderstood your question. Sorry! First, you must set the question up as a multiple choice question. Once you have prepped the possible answers, where it says "Continue to the next question" change it so that it goes to a section where you "kick" (for lack of better terms) the applicant out.

It's sort of like an "if this, then that" type of thing. I.E. IF the tenant says s/he smokes, THEN the form will kick them to the section that says we don't rent to smokers. So, one of your answers should let them continue onto the next section. The other answer should kick them to a a section that informs them they shouldn't waste their time :) I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Please don't hesitate to ask any other questions!

Thank you.

hello,

I'm in Ohio and have a question about disqualifying tenants based on prior evictions.  Is is proper or legal to state that "applicants with prior evictions will not be considered"?

Felipe, This is awesome! How did you do the "Thank you for your interest. At this time we are not renting to Applicants with prior evictions." section? Guessing you've done something custom. It doesn't seem that Google Forms has an option like this

That was basically my question also.  I quest I wasn't very clear.

How did you do the validation response on your eviction question?

Once the tenant views the apartment and applied, I do a standard background, credit and eviction check. Also check the state judicial website.

I don't think you understood what I was asking.  How do you set the form up to stop progression when they select that they have been evicted or do smoke?
