As you know San Diego has some ehem "different" interior architecture, however I know of a home in San Diego metro C+ neighborhood, beautiful street, currently listed around $380,000 that looks like it could have been utilized as a 2 family in the past, with semi-private  living spaces shared kitchen and laundry room. But as I said it's not a multi, just a big house that you may be able to work with.

Oh gosh lets do this, I have been so eager to get the advice I need from a physical group, I'm in whatever I can do to help I will, my wife wants to use our VA home loan for a personal residence, but all I can think of is utilizing the home loan and investing for our future, I neeed a meetup.
