Hey Jon,

As prospects call inquires about my listings, a lot of the time it does not work out for them. I extend my services to them and offer to find them the perfect space and run through the tenant representation process. I then send over an agreement for them to sign. I was going to add this Q&A to this and have almost a packet so that they fully understand. I have found that most are not motivated to sign a representation agreement and lots are uneducated about what it really is, even after I explain it to them.

Am working to add a Q&A of commonly asked questions regarding tenant representation. Examples would be:

Does it cost me anything?

What if I find a space on my own, but you represent me?

What does representation entail?

Does anybody have a Q&A or have any input on commonly asked questions?

Best,

Brad

I am looking to expand my portfolio of buildings I manage and was looking for any information or tips on gaining new clients/buildings to manage.

Different and abstract ways to target businesses and buildings. Any advice will help. Thanks!

Does anyone have any information or input on how to market executive suites.

We are focusing on medical timeshare as well as general executive office suites.

Who is the target market and how do you reach them?

Any input would be much appreciated!
