Thanks for the tip!

Jason, do you and your father use a wholesaling contract written by a real estate attorney?

Have you had any problems assigning contracts (attorney, title company)?

Have you done a double closing?

A few questions

1.)Have you had an attorney look at your contract?

2.)Do you use any escape clauses?

3.)Are you a member of Noreia?

Does anyone here have experience with doing wholesaling or options in the state of Louisiana? Since Louisiana law is different from just about everywhere else, I wanted to talk with someone who has done this kind of work in the state I live in.

Louisiana is one of (is not the) only state that is not governed by common law. Does anyone know of any resources where I can find Louisiana real estate laws?

I tried http://www.legis.state.la.us/lss/search.htm and the search engine is not very good.

I am looking for information on options and assignment law.

Thanks :D
