Thanks guys.

James Vermillion: I've definetly found an impressive amount of information on the site and I've kind of got a mentor/ coach locally that has given me a good amount of advice as well. I certainly wouldn't pay for one, though I've read forums saying no one would do it for free or without wanting anything in return I think people would be surprised if you just talk to people and ask locally or online. I mean in this business you certainly can't corner the market. lol.

How's it goin? I'm Jeff and I live about 2 hours north of New York City and an hour south of Albany if you don't know exactly where Kingston is. I don't have much background in real estate but looking to get into it before my college career is over. I currently work at Lowe's as a manager and have made some contractor and real estate contacts but am still looking for a mentor or guru. I'm leaning towards multifamily apartment rentals to hold long term but have yet to rule anything out. I will also have a business partner to secure the amount of capitol I would like to have to invest comfortably. Any other questions about me feel free to ask
