Hey Gal thanks for replying. I’ve been in the Worcester area of MA for 8-9 years and we are moving to Bedford, NH next week. Thank you for the invite to the meeting too. 

I’m mostly focused on wholesaling right now with hopes to build up enough cash to purchase homes with said cash for flips or buy & holds. For the time being I’m in need of some reassurance from someone who knows how to analyze deals. Basically make sure my numbers make sense and are reasonable. 

Where and what time is the monthly meeting? Is there a Facebook group for it?

Looking for mentorship in the northern MA and southern NH area. I’ve analyzed a number of deals but am lacking the confidence in my numbers to make a phone call and offers. I guess you could call it gentle guidance.

I'm just curious what the hot areas are in Massachusetts from Worcester county and eastward.  I know that is a broad area so maybe I should ask which counties are the hottest in MA.

Hey @Brandon Locke thank you for your service and welcome.  I am also new to the real estate investing business and have a lot to learn as well.  After reading a large amount of the online material out there I have come to find that BP is an incredibly valuable resource.

Great question John, I have been wondering the same thing.  Everyone's input has been great and I hope to meet some/most of you tomorrow night at the Black Diamond meeting.  Shaun and Steve, I fully understand your difficulties.  I have an energetic and time consuming 3 year old with a new born expected in the next couple of weeks.

@Shaun Reilly  & @Kristopher K., I already have the date for the next Black Diamond meeting blocked out on my schedule. Can't wait to go and meet as many people as I can.  As for being from Princeton, we only just moved there in December.  My wife and I are originally from Tyngsboro, MA.  

@Mike Hurney , what is timelines?  Is that something on BP?
