Hi Everyone,

My apologies for posting a question that has been likely asked gazillion times.

I just passed my broker exam in WA and looking for a brokerage with low to reasonably priced desk fees. Please help me with your recommendations. I have main job and will be doing real estate as a side hustle at least at the beginning mainly managing my own rentals and learning things.

Regards,

Boris

Thanks Greg, Basit for your insights!
I searched online and it looks like one can take passive losses as real estate professional if her salary (or income) is below 150K. Can that be the reason?

Hi folks,
My CPA is advising me to obtain a TX real estate professional license. I own few properties around Houston and spend time anyways. My question is how a non TX resident can obtain such license and what are the best places to do it. Thank you!
