I have a chance to get a 220,000.00 home under an option to purchase for 210,000.00 (Was trying for a lease option) and I am wanting to know do I make out the purchase contract at the same time or just the option since I am wanting to sell the option?.

Kind of looking for potential flippers that can get a home rehabbed but also looking at lease option also to have money coming in monthly.
