Post: Has anyone approached a refrigerator repair service provider ?

It's ten years since I constructed my house. I bought my refrigerator during that time. Recently there was an issue with my refrigerator. It was not cooling properly. So I was finding it difficult to store the food items inside the refrigerator. So I started looking for ways to repair it. I did thorough research and came across a refrigerator repair service provider nearby. I took the details and contacted them. When I told them about the issue, they came and checked my refrigerator on that day. I appreciated them for their services as they were so skilled in finding out the problem and fixing it for us the next day. Is there anyone who has come across an issue like this with your refrigerator? Do share your experiences here.

I got transferred from Toronto to Mississauga recently. Even though we stayed in a rented house for the first few months, we thought of purchasing a home in Mississauga. When I told my manager and colleagues about this, my manager gave me the contact details of a mortgage broker in Mississauga. So I contacted him and told him about our requirements. The mortgage broker was so skilled in finding a house for us within a week. When my family and I saw the house, we liked it very much and decided to purchase it. Finally, we bought it. My family and I were very thankful to the mortgage broker as he found a house for us as per our budget, taste, and requirement. Can anyone please tell me how much commission should be given to the mortgage broker for this purpose?

I stay with my family in Ottawa. When I got transferred from Ottawa to Toronto, I had to move with my family. Since our house was vacant, we thought of renting it out. When we approached a broker for the same, he asked us if we have the tenant insurance. He also told us that it is better to take it so that we don't have to pay if any damage occurs during the tenure of renting it. So we began searching for a reputable insurance company that provides tenant insurance. When we did an online search, we came across a tenant insurance company with high ratings and good reviews. So we took the details and contacted them. When we told them about our requirements, they were so willing to help us choose a plan according to our budget. What's your opinion about taking tenant insurance?
