I agree with Brett, Zillow doesn't give your listing the maximum reach. You need to get it on your local MLS, which then feeds to all third party sites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor, etc. I don't know anything about Houseo but in Illinois we use ListHomeFlatFee.com to sell everything from vacant land to condos, houses and multi-family. They are experienced, responsive and pricing is awesome. Good luck!

Hi, I use a Illinois licensed Realtor called ListHomeFlatFee.com to list my flips in Skokie, Evanston, Morton Grove and Chicago for the past two years and I love it. Service is great and it has saved us so much money in fees. Check them out!
