@Eric James You see, when you develop relationship with an agent, you can do that. It is also based on trust. Now I don`t know how they do things in Taxes, but in NYC it`s common thing. Sometimes you do what you gotta do. I know investors who are making millions of dollars and have an assistant account. Because this is unconventional, it does not mean it doesn`t work. 

@Greg H. I have access to some MLS this way and everything is fine. This is easy money for the agent. Plus you actually sign a document.

How do you run comps if there is no sqft provided? I keep running into solds without sqft data. Any advice?

I’m a new investor and planing to attend my local REIA. What business cards should I get? I’m planing to buy small multifamily out-of-state. So do I consider myself an investor without any property yet? Should a business card say We buy houses or Real Estate Investor?

@Ken Breeze I agree with you, but how about making mistakes? If you own a smaller property, your mistakes are smaller. Surely, you can start big and 10X it, yet even uncle G consciously contradicts himself sometimes saying that you have to start somewhere, referring to small multifamily. I am a newbie myself and still trying to figure out what`s the best solution here. So I am gradually coming to realization that if scaling right away, be ready to scale your mistakes as well.
