Hi everyone! It was great to meet some of you at the NYC meet last week! My wife and I are new to this community, and we are currently considering properties in Saratoga Springs New York for living / investment purposes. Is anyone familiar with the Saratoga Springs Market as a landlord? We are interested in a specific property where we would live part-time and sublease it part time especially during track season.
