@Dave Spooner I do plan on growing and would like to have everything set up so that adding properties and tenants can be as seamless as possible. What would you recommend?

@Ujwal Velagapudi I also set up a chase account specifically for the property being that I plan to scale and use that account for multiple properties. Curious how they can deposit without needing the account number?

Hello all! I just purchased my first rental property and I’m curious what service everyone’s using to collect rent. I’ve heard Cozy is good but I’m trying to weigh options. Thanks in advance!

Hello all, I’m a first time buyer and I have found an awesome REO property. Only issue is it goes to auction in less than 48 hours and it’s a cash only auction. The auction last for 5 days however, I don’t have the required cash to come up with in that time. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I'm new to investing and I am looking to start with wholesaling.  I am more of a hands on person and essentially need a To-Do list so I can check off the things I've completed. What are some things I need to do immediately to get started aside from education?

Thank You.
