@Ken Breeze thank you for your response, I know most of you guys are busy people and I don’t take anyone’s advice for granted, I am still in the research stage, but have been reaching out to financial advisors and real estate agents. I’m also using this time to build up my credit and build up my money. Any advice you could give me would be very much appreciated. Once again thank you.

Hey everyone,

My name is Bo Cochran, I am currently a student at Ohio State University. I have almost no experience with real estate, besides from the BiggerPockets youtube videos I have watched, and some research I have done through a couple books. I also got a new job at a marketing company that has made me change the way I think about my future. This change in mindset had me all over the web for ways to invest my money, because I know otherwise, it will be spent on meaningless things. That is how I came across BiggerPockets, I instantly was captured about the topic of renting out houses and house hacking. I am excited to start contributing to these forums, and cannot wait to learn a lot more about real estate.
