You mention that MH sell for around $20K in your area. Are they in an age restricted or family community? How many bedrooms and baths do they have?

Their value difference can be drastic.

Check with your self directed, they all seem to have different rules.

They will tell you what you can and can not do.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Edward, That's exactly the kind of information I've been looking for. I'm sure some others will put that to use also.

This is really helpful. Now I have some great idea's from all these responses i can get to work on building this business.

Thanks

Thanks Robert for the info. I never thought about a website and SEO.

I know a little about that as I have done some network marketing in the past.  I now plan to tie that in with what I know about network marketing.

Thanks Again

Thanks Mike, In my area almost 75% of the parks are for 55+. There always seems to be some for sale. Just have to get out there and make myself known to the park managers and owners.

The family parks seem to be where a lot of the theme park workers live as they are more affordable.

Thanks George, I did listen to the podcast. I have read a few of John Fedro's post's and articles and he has a ton of great advice.

He seems to be the Lonnie Scruggs of this generation.

I am in the central Florida area (Clermont) and most of the parks are 55+ communities.

Most of what I've been seeing on BP has to do with family parks. I guess my question is will these method work in retirement parks also? And what do you suggest for advertising as most of the future buyers will be from out of state.
