Hello BP Family,

I been a member since 2017 but its my first post here. I am a junior investor, and also active duty military, located in the Hampton Roads area in VA. My first purchase was a fixer upper, that is currently primary residence, and now currently looking for my next deal. My investment model is buy and hold. My ideal deal is a multifamily that has the potential to add in value but I am also open to SFH. In the future I'd like to start long distance investing. I am all about the "living below your means" mentality. I am always open to build connections and learn so if you have a similar goals, or investment model, who are in the area, or you would like to know more about the area, do not hesitate to contact me. Short term goal:

- Close one deal per year.

- Start long distance investing

Long term Goal:
