Hi Michael, thanks for the welcome. Good to hear from a fellow bramptonian. I am new to REI and still trying to understand the REI principles by reading, listening to podcasts and fiddling with RE calculators. I am drawn towards BRRRR and multi family rental strategy. I own my primary residence and currently working with a mortgage agent to free up some capital. I plan to take a plunge in 2021. How about you?
