hello everyone i have a question and just looking for some feed back i am an otr (over the road) truck driver which means im usually out any where from 3 weeks to 6 weeks at a time i just recently started in this field because i figured with the decent money i make here i can then save up and start to invest wholesale buy and hold rehab etc... My question was can inveating be done online i have access to the internet and figured on my 10 hr breaks or 34 hr resets i could spend a couple hours looking for deals im aware that it might take me a while to find one and to complete a transaction of anysort but i was just wondering i have heard of rei who work full time jobs and still get deals done my queation is could this be done if so are there any books podcast etc any type of info i can get out here to start getting the ball rolling and learning?

@ndy onyido i just feel like i would be better off with one i am currently saving to invest as well but as far as the wholesaling etc...i would feel better if i had a coach

hello my name is bobby perez i am a single father of 2 beautiful girls ages 2 and 6 and i am 25 years young. Im ambitious like to read and love watching movies this is my first time here i am pretty new to the site and would like to know if there is any material on here that i may use to help me in my investing career. Im from Columbus Ohio and really would like to start out wholesaling houses and eventually work my way up to wholesaling commercial real estate virtual wholesaling and flipping houses as well as a few buy and holds ive read that the key to success in this industry is to be multi-faceted. I also wish to have a real estate coach someone who knows what they are doing and will actually guide and help me each step of the way.
