I have used Foremost for some of my long term rentals and they are okay. I also have a rental in Island Park and our Insurance is through Safeco Insurance. Hope that helps good luck! 

@Julie Marquez I love this topic and think about it all the time. I have four kids 12,10,7,4 and I’m always questioning if normal school is right for kids these days. My conclusion is I can’t hide them from the world but I can teach them by making them help me with properties doing rehab or teach them to find properties and evaluate them. I wish I had more experience to share!

@Brett Tvenge Sorry my last post didn't make any sense I was thinking I was on a different post! No I'm not fixing flipping just buying and holding unless my numbers don't make sense to do so. 

@Brett Tvenge yes the property with be complete rehabbed and I'm planning keeping it to rent. It's a 4bd 2bath in the front house and a 1bed 1bath in the casita in the back.

Hello all of you investors out there! Do any of you local Arizona invester’s have any recommendations of credit unions or Arizona banks that do privet loans in-house and portfolio loans. I have talked with a few banks but would love to have any recommendations of banks or bankers you enjoy working with.

Anyone still investing in Yuma these days? I would love to know some do's and don'ts in Yuma and get to know some of you local investors.

Hi Christian, I have been attending one virtually for several months in Mesa and then was able to attended in person a few weeks ago. Shiloh Lundahl puts it on in, it’s usually the third week every month. I also attend AZREIA virtually which has some great information as well.

Up at the top of BP page you can click on Network then Events it will show you if there has been any meet ups posted.
