Post: What to do with monthly Cash Flow

What should I do with my monthly cash flow? I like to be more on the conservative side, I don't like overextending myself. Should I just stock this money in a bank account for that specific property?

Thanks in advance!

@Courtney Jones Thank you! This is very helpful. I would assume that you cashflow at an okay amount, correct?

I'm looking to invest in long term rentals anywhere in the nation in Single Family homes 50k or less. Where are the best places to accomplish this? Where are the better areas to do this, where rents are solid etc.

Thank you!

@Michael Glaspie

Great comment. I like you’re mindset!

I agree with Curtis. Ask the seller to remediate the issue.

The seller most likely will becuase they are now aware of meth in the unit. Thus making them obigated to update the sellers diclosures. This basically means that any buyer who is going to purchase the unit will be aware of the meth issue.

Meth mobs is a great company for remediation. Hope this helps.
