I was wondering if you can use an IRA as collateral for a loan?

Congratulations from an Iowa native.(Grew up in Lisbon/Mt Vernon). Glad to hear you reached your goal. I'm looking for my first property now, and seeing your post is inspirational. Thanks for sharing. 

Thanks Wendell for another peak inside your business. I'm just starting out and have attended @George Foster and @Brie Schmidt Chicago meet up a few times. I had found CIC a few weeks back but was unsure if they would be able or willing to help. I feel now after reading your posts that they will be my first call tomorrow. Thanks again for sharing and hope to meet you at one of the meet up's.
