I'd like to see a list of your favorite CPA's that specializes in Real Estate in the Salt Lake City area.

I've had a hard time locating a quality CPA, that brainstorms with clients, thinks outside the box, and completely understands the ins and outs of Real Estate.

Thanks!

I like the sound of the shorter domain. Also, you can always buy both domains and forward one of them to the main website.

Hello,

Good to see more members from Utah on this board!  I am in the downtown SLC area, and have been looking for a few buy and hold properties in the area that are well priced. It definitely takes some time to sort through as most of the properties are over valued.

I look forward to meeting you all at local investor meetings in the future.

Vanguard is absolutely the best choice. Lowest expense ratios in the industry.

Look up the 3 fund portfolio (Total Stock Market, Total International, Total Bond Fund) Bogleheads.com is a great resource for vanguard investors.

Best of Luck!

I am looking for a broker where the majority of the agents are investors.

Could you recommend if your broker in the Utah area is supportive of full-time investors as agents. I would like to compile a list and join with a team that's main focus is seeking investment opportunities.

Thanks!

Hello all, I've really enjoyed learning from everyone on this site. I currently have one SFH that cash flows well, and am looking to add a few more homes in the SLC area. Neighborhoods include Sugarhouse, 9/9th, avenues,15/15th and anything east of 700e. I am looking for deals on quality 200-300k per home that needs improvements in a quality area. I am currently finishing my real estate license to help me locate properties but I am very happy to pay agent commissions and have an ongoing relationship with someone that understands investments, cashflow, and can bring good deals to close. Thanks for your help! Brandon
