Hello All,

I'm in search of a lot, or lots, in the greater Charlotte area to build my personal house on. I've been browsing MLS for the past year and haven't seen anything that piques my interest. Hoping that someone on here will have a rolodex of contacts or know someone looking to sell.

Looking forward to making something happen.

Good afternoon all,

I'm currently looking for any letter templates or techniques folks have used in the past to contact lot owners in an attempt to get them to sell the property. I've found numerous exceptional empty lots on my county's tax website and by driving around. I've created a list of names and addresses now I'm trying to determine the best approach to get them to sell. It appears that snail mail is the best approach. Any particular key sentences or trigger phrases that gets owners motivated to sell? Any advice or insight?
