Have you tried to be a passive investor? That means you lend the funds to a multifamily investor.You become partner in the deal.It's the easiest way to jump into the business , earn and and learn.

Jane, If you give  your place to these tenants, GOOD LUCK! Don't rent your place with your heart.It's a business.It's better to have your place vacant and hope for the right tenants  than to fill it in with unqualified ones
