Southwest Austin 78749-48 Area With the Traffic in Austin Im looking to stay within a 30 min drive from my home.

Hello all, I’m Mike from Austin, I am new to the site and I look forward to all of the education and advice this site has to offer! I'm a licensed Professional Real estate Inspector in Austin Texas. We have been fixing up and reselling the homes we live in for the last 10 Years. I have a wonderful wife/business partner who will not move anymore. So the boss agrees, continue our business without the moves. Real Estate and construction is my passion. I also have worked for 28 Years on the commercial side of building maintenance and repair for one of the Airlines. I stumbled upon this site this week while searching for help with flipping and investing. This site has been more than helpful. Naturally I had to sign up!
