Thanks everyone! @ethanbowen the name of my company is Black Square Real Estate. @joefairless @garyparker @justinmorgan Bulk rental financing is a long term, commercial loan on residential (SFR 1-4) rental properties for entities that own four or more properties.

Hello Everybody!

My name is Nate and I would just like to introduce myself to you. I am located in Salt Lake City, UT and I work for a company that offers bridge and residential bulk rental financing with loans typically ranging from $125,000 to $10,000,000. We mainly operate in NorCal, OR, WA, UT and CO.

I joined BiggerPockets to meet and network with other real estate investors to better understand the current market and possibly provide a solution to investors that are looking for additional means to grow their own businesses.
