I was able to attend the Milwaukee RING meeting, but now it costs... I have been struggling with my business for MONTHS! I am wishing I could find a mentor to guide me through this until I "break through the ice" with my first couple of deals...

So then for those of us just starting out with no cash & HORRIBLE personal credit, what do y'all suggest??

BE CAREFUL! When I first started out in Real Estate Investing, I went to the library & brought home around 12 books!! My boyfriend thought I was crazy...

Real Estate Investing for Dummies is great!! Rich Dad-Poor Dad is great! Just be careful you don't get overloaded & saturated...

I'm in a similar situation. I have been contacted with TONS of Lease Option properties that are available, but can't seem to be able to get them under Option/Contract! I also can't seem to find SERIOUS tenant/buyers for them! Also, I been wanting to get into flipping/placing homes under Option, but can't seem to figure out which ones are good deals, and can't find any Sellers willing to allow me to do this!

I am BEYOND broke-no money at all! I've spent tons on marketing of various kinds, only to still be sitting here waiting to get my first deal. I keep hearing about these automated systems, virtual wholesaling, etc. But in order to find out more, you have to spend money to get the programs! UUGGHHhhhh....

I'm an aspiring, new RE Investor with tons of desire, will, and drive; the problem is, I have no guidance, help, encouragement. I am financially struggling as it is; every time I get going with something, I get my phone shut off, or my car gets issues....

I want to get into wholesaling & get a couple duplexes under contract that I can rent out for cash flow... but I'm SCARED TO DEATH! Plus, all these online gurus keep making it out to sound like if I don't buy their programs, I won't do it right! I like the idea of having an automated system... but I have NO MONEY to buy them!!

Can someone help me??? :cry:
