That is a good idea. I'm still a bit new to navigating the forum. Is this a PRO membership benefit to advertise on the market place?

Also someone mentioned to me a while ago that Sean Terry partnered.  Any idea?

Does anyone have any information regarding Sean Terry's Flip 2 Freedom and if he does partnering on deals? or even if he buys assignments?   I have been trying to reach him on Facebook but his friend/followers are maxed out and I cannot friend him to ask if he does partnerships.

I have a 14 acre 55+ development with a motivated seller under contract and do not have the experience or wherewithal to get the deal going.  I'm sending the deal out to my buyers list (list is small and a work in progress) with not much results.  It is a good deal but a bigger scope of work than most of my buyers are interested in. They usually do 2-8 units. This is a 18 single unit deal.  (advertising to wrong type of buyers list?)  Any help appreciated.

The benefit is learning and networking like you have started doing. I would be interested in helping you in anyway I can. You need to first try to target what area of focus you would like to learn and stick with it. It is very easy to get discouraged sometimes. I know first hand.
