Thanks for the tip! I have always been wary of those that "sell or deal" turn key investments. I have trouble wrapping my mind around the concept of someone wanting to sell something that provides a good ROI/IRR... the question I have is, "why are you selling".

sorry to go off topic here, but I have not been able to get a good response regarding rental permits on long island. 

Is anyone familiar with the Town of Brookhaven (Suffolk County NY) ordinance regarding renal permits? Is it enforced? How difficult is it to obtain? What should I have on hand to obtain this? Can I have tenants already during the approval process?

The town website requires a meeting with the buildings department. Does anyone know what happens during this meeting? Thank you all in advance
