Helped an out of state investor roll her 1031 funds into a cash flowing multifamily property in the Kansas City Metro.

Listed for an out of state investor. He purchased a few years ago. He sold because he wanted to pull the equity and roll the profits into another property closer to where he lives.

Do any of you spend much time marketing to absentee owners? What type of success are you having with leads? I just started marketing to a list in my market and was curious if any other Realtors are having any luck with leads by focusing on this group.

Hi everyone,

I work with a few out of state investors and recently we have  struggled finding deals that meet their investing criteria. I was curios if any of you as real estate agents have ever worked with wholesalers when looking for off market deals for your clients? If so what was your experience like? Was it positive? Anything I should look out for?
