Hi Abe,

When you say don't work out I'm assuming you mean if you two split before getting married? Is she on the loan as well? How are you two holding title? Are you both making the payments together? This is an investment or primary residence? I'm not an attorney but might be able to give you some "not legal advice" guidance.

For my investor purchase clients I offer free leasing services as perk to using me on the purchase. It's just one less thing they'll need to worry about once the property's tenant ready.
