Hello! New Real Estate Investor here! 

When I decided to get into real estate investing, I chose the wholesale path. I cannot wait to land my first deal. I envision the rush, the joy, and happy tears of landing my first deal. I want to know how you got to your first deal as an investor, how long did it take, what creative strategy did you use, did you cry tears of joy? I want to know it all, tell me about your first deal!!

celebrating every win, and every new problem-- promotes growth in the business! As a true newbie wholesaler, each step has been monumental. From Research, taking the steps to connect to members of the industries, to seeing houses, to putting out the effort to present an offer on a property, every step I took--I made sure to breathe and whisper to myself 'Im proud of myself,' I know it doesn't seem like hard core meticulous advice, but it does start with the mindset to grow at every stage of the business.
