@Kevin, I honestly don't know how to go about this. I don't know if the pictures are new because the tenants have been living there since 2019 and the home could be destroyed. They listing agent said they won't accept less than 95% of what they're asking. But the tricky part is getting into the home and seeing it, then working with the tenants again to approve a time for an inspector to go in and do his job. My realtor doesn't think it's a good deal, but I see it as an opportunity.

Hello, so I'm interested in a house and have requested a showing, but the listing agent said that the tenant has denied every showing request. The listing agent also thinks there are liens on the house but isn't sure. The house is managed by someone and don't know much. I want to go see the house but I'm not sure the tenant will accept any requests. Any suggestions about anything?

Does Anyone know of an honest and fair priced contractor for foundation work and siding for a single family home? The house is located in Fort Worth.

I am looking at a house to buy and house hack it, but the home im interested in is not complete which is not a problem for me. Whoever bought the house is not going to complete the remodel. They're selling as is. What advice do y'all have for this? Will a conventional loan work? The house is located in DFW.

Thank y'all in advance for the advance.

So I'll be living in my first home in which I'll be renting out two rooms. Is there a rental analysis for this type of situation? I haven't found one yet.

I would look to purchase a new build or something already constructed. Builders are offering heavy discounts because of the extra inventory

Builders are just looking to dump. I'm getting looks in Austin daily, I just have no needs. I think I was on some list from years ago, not sure how to get off, but I get asked way too often. I pass the leads, have gotten a few of my friends to buy some and at huge discounts. Lots of new constructions in Dallas, Austin, Raleigh, even Phoenix , you're in FW, you can definitely get someone to dump.

What does dump mean?  I'm new to this.

Well a family member of mine is a developer and wants to build me my first home at cost.  I worry too much about interest rate as i'll be financing it.  What are y'alls thoughts on that?
