Hey bp! I’m in the coast guard and moving to South Florida, West palm beach, lake Worth, Jupiter area. My wife and I are on the hunt for a duplex or small multi family in the area and need some help with area recommendations and so forth. Can anyone recommend us a realitor in the area that is familiar with the small multi family in the area? We are also willing to be flexible with a single family home that may have a second building on the property or a value add. Thanks so much in advance! Blake

Hey bp! I'm a commercial broker in brevard county Florida. I'm looking to network with developers and investors in the area. I currently have some really good deals. Also if there are any home builders i would also enjoy talking about some waterfront commercial that could be converted to residential lots. Have a great weekend everyone!

Hey @Kerry BairdI really appreciate that awesome bit of info. I would love to go to one of the meet ups  in Palm Bay.  Just curious what Chamber of Commerce meetings do you go to? I have been to a couple in Cocoa Beach and on in Orlando but never in Palm Bay.

Hey BP! This is kind of my first post still very new to the site. Love what goes on here and love the podcast. Im a commercial real estate agent in Brevard county and looking to network with other like minded individuals in the area as well. I have an interest in all areas of the industry although my experience is in commercial real estate and commercial roofing systems. I live in merritt island so if there is anyone in the area that has a group i would love to join and brig along any professionalize that i may carry and learn from a others as well. Really looking forward to meeting everyone.

Sounds like a single ply roof. Leaks can miserable to find, and they are very cheap. The would agree that the weight of any other roof would cause some other issues.
