First off, congrats!
Second, there is a lot of noise on this thread but here is the 1 thing you need to remember:

-Huntsville is a great investment. It ALL comes down to your team. Period. My questions are centered around who your contractors/prop managers are.

I own in that area and I don't think you are making a mistake. If you have the perfect team in place, then great!
