Hi guys, I've been trying to learn how to accurately calculate the numbers on a potential rental property.  So far I have a decent idea of each of the expenses but I am stuck on a few.  @Brandon Turner had said in one of his videos that the tax rates for properties can be searched for and found on my county's tax assessor's website but I can't seem to find it, either I am on the wrong site or I am not navigating properly.  I live in Manchester NH (Hillsborough).  Also, how would I go about finding out how much insurance would cost? Thanks

Hey everyone, this post is for those who have knowledge in the real estate agent and broker area.  I recently signed up for the pre-license course in my area and I am wondering what the specific steps in order to get my license are and approximately how long each step will take.  I have tried looking on the real estate commission website but trying to look through the whole rule book became overwhelming after a while.  Any info is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for posting this, I never knew anything like this existed!

Hey everyone, my name is Blake and I have been interested in investing in real estate for a few years now.  Although I have been looking at houses and apartments for sale for years, I only recently got serious about learning everything about the business over the passed few months.  I've been reading books and watching videos about real estate investing trying to learn as much as possible to help me get my first rental property and I just joined bigger pockets yesterday after finding out about all of the resources it has.  My question would just be for any experienced investor: What advice would you give me, being a young college student just learning about the business and trying to get started?
