Thank you for the post! Such a great point which is rarely mentioned. My business partner and I have three houses all with 15 year mortgages each netting around $300 of positive cash flow. However, we are purchasing our fourth and are leaning towards a 20 or 30 year mortgage to give us more cushion and flexibility now. However, I am open for suggestions and curious what you chose.
